What services does NXT Medical provide?

We support wound care, remote patient monitoring, chronic care management, and access to laparoscopic disposables. Our team connects providers, facilities, and patients through a coordinated care model.

How does your wound care referral process work?

Facilities send patient referrals to our reps. We review each case and assign it to a mobile provider or support the clinic with in-house treatment. The goal is fast approval and consistent follow-up.

What makes NXT’s wound care approach different?

We focus on hands-on support from both reps and providers. We guide facilities through treatment options, documentation, and reimbursement so nothing falls through the cracks.

Do you work with clinics that want to treat wounds in-house?

Yes - We help set up product access, workflow guidance, and billing support through our partners.
Clinics can treat patients directly without needing our mobile network if they prefer.

How do your remote care services integrate with a practice?

Our reps introduce the program and handle onboarding with our remote-care partner. The partner manages device distribution, monitoring, and support. Practices capture new recurring revenue with minimal workload added to their team.
